Regular Business Hours: We do our best to take calls and answer emails as quickly as possible during our regular business hours  (Tue - Sat 10am to 6pm). If you reach our voicemail during business hours we are either taking another call or assisting customers. Please leave a detailed message with a call back number and we will return your call as soon as possible.

After Business Hours: If you reach our voicemail outside of regular business hours, again, leave a detailed message and a call back number and we will return your call as soon as possible on our next business day.

Our business phone is a landline so therefore we cannot accept text messages.

We are a small family run business. We encourage you to follow us on Facebook for any important updates to business hours or unforseen circumstances that require us to open late or close early or even close unexpectedly for a full day. We will post these special circumstances on our Facebook page as soon as possible.
